
BULLARD — Four people have been hospitalized following a pin-in involving a trash truck and minivan in Bullard.
The accident happened just before noon on Cherokee County Rd. 3801 and Hwy. 69, according to the Bullard Police Department.
According to ETMC spokeswoman Rebecca Berkley, two helicopters were sent to the scene to fly injured passengers to their hospital. Their conditions are unknown.
Currently, all lanes on Highway 69 South are shutdown. Northbound traffic is being told to turn around and southbound traffic is being diverted to County Road 3801.
The trash truck has been identified as a D S Disposal Company vehicle.
