TITUS COUNTY - Titus County Sheriff Tim Ingram confirms one woman and two men have died after an apparent double murder-suicide Thursday morning.

According to Sheriff Ingram, 48-year-old Lee Boyt of Titus County is believed to be the shooter.

Authorities have identified the victims as 45-year-old Vivian Mitchell and 25-year-old Junior Lee Horton, both of Titus County.

Mitchell, Boyt's live-in girlfriend,  was allegedly murdered in a trailer park on County Road 3210. The shooter then went to his workplace, Vocational Opportunities Center for Northeast Texas (V.O.C.N.E.T.) , and shot dead Horton.

The motive is unknown at this time.
