Rusk, Tx — Authorities confirm Highway 69 South near Rusk is down to one lane following a wreck.
Around 1 p.m., a semi ran into several utilility poles on the south side of town, according to the Rusk Police Department.
Officials could not tell KFXK if anyone was injured.
