Timpson, TX (FOX 51) — According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a magnitude 2.8 earthquake struck just south of Timpson around 6:30 AM.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Department says there have been no reports of any damage or injuries.

A magnitude 4.1 earthquake shook Timpson Friday, the 25th, which could be felt all the way in Tyler.
