Arp grass fire does little damage

UPDATE-Our sister station KETK has crews on scene saying the fire has been put out.

They are being told about 4 acres of grass was on fire.

Fire officials were able to put the fire out before it endangered any structures.

No one was injured.

ORIGINAL- Multiple crews are currently responding to a grass fire in Arp.

The fire started just around before 4 Sunday afternoon on the 16500 block of County Road 223.

It's unclear how large the fire is, or if any structures are in danger.

Our sister station has crewsen route and will keep you updated on this story as soon as more information becomes available.
