The Veterans and Community Roundtable of Tyler, TX will host a Veteran’s Business Bootcamp at Tyler Junior College’s West Campus April 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for veterans, spouses and families.
The event will feature a multitude of educational classes aimed at helping local veterans grow or start a business. The topics will include money, marketing and management and will be taught by professionals from Tyler and Dallas.
The cost of the event is $10 dollars to cover lunch, which will be provided by "The Diner,” owned and operated by local Marine Corps Veteran, Lloyd Nickels.

Smith County is home to more than 18,000 veterans and has the third highest Veteran’s Service Organizations in Texas. The Veterans and Community Roundtable is working to make Tyler an even more veteran friendly town by facilitating entrepreneurial, health and welfare-related opportunities.
